The Dharma Teacher Order’s curriculum runs in a four year cycle. No year is a prerequisite for another, so you are free to join at the start of any year. However, the curriculum year your state (or sangha – the local community) is studying might vary from one state to the next. Please consult the locations page to see which year your state is studying.
