This will be a day of mindfulness primarily for the Connecticut and New York DTO sanghas to practice together, but is open to all. If you would like to join us, but are not familiar with with the Dharma Teacher Order, please read the overview information page on our website at https://dharmateacherorder.org/about/.
The day will include seated and walking meditation, a Dharma talk, sharing/deep listening, other contemplative practices, and more.
The practice will be facilitated by Tom Duva, a core member of Thich Nhat Hahn’s Order of Interbeing, and a lay priest within the Dharma Teacher Order, headed by the Venerable Thich Tri Hoang.

The Bolton Congregational Church is located at 229 Bolton Center Road, Bolton CT [map] . The Community Center is directly behind the church and the parking area is directly behind the Community Center.
Please dress for both indoor and outdoor practice.
Please bring your own:
– Cold lunch items
– Any personal meditation cushion or benches
– If desired, a small blanket on which to lie down.
Chairs will be provided, along with tea.
If you are able, a $20.00 dollar suggested donation to cover the cost of using the hall, is appreciated.
For those who are participating in Dharma Teacher training, or are ordained teachers or priests:
– You are invited to participate in a precept / Bodhisattva vow recitation, and sharing circle.
– This will take place from 4:00 PM to approximately 5:15 PM.
